most wholesome sleep!
I was so excited to try this product! I had been using sleep teas and taking magnesium before bed for a more natural way to fall asleep. After trying Haze, I had some of the best sleep experiences in my life. I do wake up feeling a little groggy some days, so maybe don’t take a full scoop. I’m a 5”4 160lbs female for reference. The taste also is not bad at all.!!

Now part of my nighttime routine!
Haze met and exceeded my expectations. Has helped me sleep deeper and reduce number of times I wake up at night. I love the sweet taste of it too. I do wish the container was a different color as it is easy to confuse with the pre-workout containers that are the same color.
