The 2 bottles of beef liver IQ arrived damaged. I reached out to customer support. They wanted me to file a shipping claim. However, this was not done in transit, because the COD liver bottle was not damaged that was in the same box and customer service refuses to accept responsibility. So now I am disputing the charge.
