Chocolate Toffee Linear Switch

A linear switch that won over a Tactile fan

As someone that was a stubburn Tactile fan but still wanted to find a linear I would like to try (tried Gat Red and Yellows and didn't like them), I thought I would give these switches a try since I loved the Tecsee Neopolitans. I found Gat Yellows to have a harsh bottom out and became fatiguing over long typing sessions, but these Chocolate Toffees have a very satisfyingly smooth motion through the press down to the bottomout. I still prefer my Neo's on numbers and modifiers, but the Toffees are heaven on Alphas and Arrow keys; both being two-stage 63.5 gram springs matches up quiet nicely. Overall, good job to CannonKey and Tecsee on this switch. I haven't gotten into lubing switches yet, but the thought has crossed my mind that these probably do need light lubing, at least on the springs.
