Service could of been better

Delivery was very fast, after five days, the handle on my bag broke. I reached out and wasn’t 100% happy with my replies. I’m Now waiting for a replacement strap, given No time frame. I saved up a while, to purchase this bag! Won’t be ordering again or recommending the company. Feel let down.
