It’s rubber… feels like it pulls on my dogs fur especially if it’s a longer haired pup. Based on pics I would’ve thought it was a faux leather or cotton.

Very great quality
Very nice collar! My dog likes it! I wanted a collar that wouldn’t get messed up since my dog drools a lot during car rides and it’s perfect!
