These are a game changer for gardening. (Honestly, all the Vego products I have tried are. ) 1. WHEELS make all the difference. I roll these around my patio with no issue, filled with soil and fully planted. 2. STORAGE SHELF underneath is such a big help. I didn't realize how much random stuff I had lying around my yard. Now I have a place for extra bags of soil, soil amendments, fertilizer and extra pots. So helpful. 3. SQUIRREL INTIMIDATION FACTOR is high. While I also have the mesh covers on these, the squirrels haven't bothered these at all, even though they are placed near a very popular hedge row and fig tree. I need to stop myself from buying another one right away.

We received our garden bed a week or so ago and my husband put it together in no time! It’s very sturdy and attractive and looks like it will enhance our garden for years to come. I hope to use it as a substitute for a window box on the side of a cute cottage-y shed we just had built.

Elevated veggie bed on the deck

The elevated bed looks good on our deck. First herb and veggie plantings are in. I put together my own cloth liner, plus a bark layer before loading the container soil. This is to help hold moisture and protect roots from heat. Assembly was reasonable.
