Disappointed

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. After several failed attempts to place my order due to repeated error messages, I was finally able to complete the purchase the following day (Order #989884). Because I live in Iceland, I paid extra for the 3-day delivery option and had the order shipped to a friend’s hotel in New York City, as he was only staying there until January 13. Timely delivery was clearly critical and explained to customer service. Unfortunately, despite reaching out multiple times, I did not receive clear confirmation that the order would arrive on time. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund, and customer service has now completely stopped responding to my emails. Overall, the lack of communication, unresolved refund, and being ignored by customer support have made this a very disappointing experience

This was supposed to be my acne hero, but the photos prove it did nothing — my cheeks and jaw are still loaded with red pimples and inflamed spots. Zero reduction in blemishes.

It’s a nice gel based creme for a breakout prone skin like mine!! Try to add some more hydration, would be appreciated!
