EcoFlow WAVE 2 Portable Air Conditioner with Heater

It worked for the first few minutes of unboxing. When i went to charge it to regular wall outlet it did not work. When i attached the extra battery it only charged 2% for about 2-3 minutes then stopped. I disconnected all the power and tried again. It did the same thing again. Not sure whats going on. I even tried connecting it to my delta pro and it did the exaxt same thing. Charged for less than 2 minutes then stopped.

Purchased two Delta 3 Portable Power Stations after the hurricane hit WNC. I haven't had the need for it yet, but I have set up an emergency kit with Starlink, phones, computers, and a Wave 2 heater/air conditioner. The Wave 2 is bigger and heavier than I imagined, but great output on heating and cooling when tested. I got the battery for this unit for emergency usage. It draws a lot of power to charge . I'm happy to have it as a backup and will try using it this year for camping (when I don't have to carry it). I didn't receive my Wave 2 back so I contacted customer service. They were quick to respond and resolved the issue. Very pleased

Works great for heat and fan so far haven't tried AC yet. Battery should be way better at these prices but overall good
