DHL says that I received these shoes but I did not. They said they put it in the mailbox which is illegal because DHL is not allowed to deliver to a United States Postal Service mailbox. I looked in my mailbox and the shoes are not there nor are the shoes anywhere on my property.

Horrible fit and they didn’t refund despite saying refund complete . Still charging me
