Too big ( error I think) and strap is not adjustable.

I sent them back and received a credit (my choice)- I was able to return these shoes effortlessly at an Ulta Store. I cannot tell you how wonderful a return this was- so easy. The shoes were a men’s size by mistake, I think. Regardless, no adjustable strap would be a problem. I will buy another pair of espadrilles instead! I do love Viscata shoes. Well worth the money. Classy and well made.
