this is my favorite incense, altho i also like Incense of the West pinon/ juniper varieties, which morning star does not carry - this sandlewood flavor, though, is by far the best of any other sandlewood scent as made by other companies and artisans - the aroma is not loud and/or smokey big - and of course, incense is best After it burns away, and the the gentle smoke absorbs into the curtains and towels and blankets - as another person said, it also reminds me of my life as a kid in the Philippines - a day doesn't go by that i do not light a stick - my house smells great; ask any visitor
