Raw Blue Sapphire Drop Earrings

The earrings are stunning, but customer service is nonexistent

The earrings are absolutely beautiful and very unique, and I received them very promptly, even earlier than expected. They are also light, comfortable to wear, and close securely. However I’ve contacted customer service three times since receiving them, and have yet to receive a reply. So bottom line: if you won’t need to be able to reach anyone at the company, go ahead and order the earrings!
