A Game Changer!

Since upgrading my grinder to the Eureka Mignon Oro Single Dose, I have noticed a significant improvement in the taste and consistency of my shots. It is definitely with the investment.

Eureka Oro Mignon Single Dose Grinder

A great quality grinder. I'm pulling consistent shots everytime and the stepless grind adjustment makes it easy to dial in different batch of beans. The sound of the grinding is relatively silent and very akin to commercial-style grinders which is very satisfying. The aesthetics of this grinder definitely brings the 'wow' factor as well. The only major issue was getting the right grind size out of the box and the high retention for the first 500g or so beans going through. The default grind size is too fine but adjusting the knob a 1/4 round coarser got the job done. The high retention got better once a fair bit of beans have been ground through, seems like the spaces within the grinder just needs to be filled up. You do need to hit the bellows pretty hard to get the remaining grounds through. Overall, very satisfied with the grinder. Pulls great shots, fits my workflow and looks great. Will recommend for anyone looking for a single-dose grinder with the classic Italian Eureka look and willing to spend slightly more.

This is an excellent grinder. I had previously owned a niche zero and struggled for consistency. I am very impressed with the ease of use and consistent grinding performance of this grinder and I’m surprised at how quiet it is. It’s also a great looking machine.
