Found free personalisation on website but was sent a collar without it, after going back and forth with customer service (they wouldn’t offer to fix they’re own problem) i stated this was false advertisement they then decided to offer me a gift card for the “£8.99” owed. The price of the item went up by the time everything was returned so I still had to pay £7 towards, basically paying exactly what they wanted me to originally. The collar itself is lovely, personalisation a bit small. Overall I won’t be buying from them first hand again
