Very easy and timely transaction.

I haven't yet used the cable I ordered, but it looks great. This review is for customer service, especially Ryan, who was so helpful! I cannot claim any real technological capabilities and tend to wear my ignorance on my sleeve... Not withstanding, Ryan was patient and encouraging and best of all sent diagrams to ensure I got it right. That is the difference between getting a less expensive item from Amazon with pretty much zero access to knowledgeable tech support and smaller companies such as Off Grid Stores, who specialize in specific products and know exactly what they are talking about. I highly recommend this company and the products that they sell.
