Ordered a buffalo bills captain's hat for a cruise ill be taking next year and want to represent my team while they hopefully be at the superbowl. :fingers crossed: while on the ship. The order never showed and was returned to them. I think its a usps issue and not them. I contacted customer service about it and within an hour Julie reached out to help fix the issue. It was reordered and shipped again to a different address. I think usps does not like one of the address I use because this time I got it. Its AWESONE! Love it. . highly recommend especially with the service that was received when there was an issue. Thank you Julie! And thank you Foco for having a perfect item for when I go to yacht rock concerts!
