I've been using comply memory foam for a few years and they are truly a game changer! Most recently, I ordered anew as my old ones finally gave up the ghost, and it seems the overall design for Comply's memory foam has changed up a bit; it used to be that the tips were round and now all of them are more gumdrop shaped. I have large ear canals and the old round shape expanded a little wider for me, making them particularly effective. Now, even with a large, the gum drop shape seems to have less width. I'm still getting used to these and I can't really do a cross comparison test, though I'm a little disappointed that the new design is so comprehensive that there are literally no more round tips.
