Colour is fading and stones fell out

Beautiful but not durable
I bought this ring a few weeks ago to wear daily and 3 stones have already fallen out. 2 stones fell out in the first 2 days and a 3rd has disappeared less than a month after purchase. The band is pretty and it doesn't tarnish the finger but the price point is a bit too high to be falling apart so quickly.
