Monthly Sock Club

Love the color as always!

The quality of the monthly sock yarn base is excellent and was never the issue. Unfortunately, I have had to cancel my subscription due to extremely poor customer service. The problem began when a paid winding service was missed on my last order. When I reached out merely to inform the shop of the oversight (without demanding a refund), the owner responded with multiple passive-aggressive and unnecessarily inflammatory emails. The defensive and unprofessional handling of a minor complaint turned a small error into a terrible experience. Based on this interaction, and observed patterns in other low reviews, I could no longer continue the subscription.

OMG!! This yarn is absolutely gorgeous and so fun!! I was so excited when I saw it. Totally unexpected! I can’t wait to figure out a project with it. Thank you.
