I purchased the solid gold heart locket with the diamond and engraving and asked the customer service team, if I could have 2 photos placed inside. The customer service team were only too happy to assist me throughout the process. After losing my husband, the heart locket choice was perfect and gives me comfort of always having him close to my heart. The beautiful packaging display the locket came in was perfectly presented with a special surprise of having the photos I chose printed on quality photo card to also be able to frame the photos I chose for the locket. Inside a quality velvet sleeve, there was also 4 bonus heart sized replacement photos of both photos, should I ever need to replace the images that were perfectly displayed inside the locket when I opened the clasp of the heart. The diamond on the front is stunning and the engraving on the back of the locket just finished it off making it personalised to me and making the piece that little bit more special.
