Room to improve
It looks great once it’s installed. Installation could be made much simpler if a template was provided, indicating the placement of the mounting screws. It’s VERY easy to accidentally hang it even it 1/4” off of level, even when following the directions. The hole caps are difficult to grip in order to fully tighten.
For as much as this smallish board costs, I feel like a 8 or 10 pack of pushpins (either simple, or a design that is chosen by the buyer) should be included.

Wasted money and time
The installation instruction for Board was not clear or detailed enough, particularly regarding the screws and wall attachment. As a result, I damaged a wall that cost me $300 to repair. A simpler mounting solution or clearer instructions could have prevented this. Had I known this beforehand, I would not have purchased this item - just wasted of money and time.
