Frustrating

I hate to ever leave a bad review but my experience with this simple order was quite frustrating. The wrong trim was originally sent - the pom pom was sent instead of the powder piping. They were quick to address my email but not very quick in getting the correct order out to me. It took multiple follow up emails to make sure the correct order was sent while all the while my workroom was waiting for it to finish up the project.

Beautiful color added to this stripe fabric.
