Este tipo de rodilleras me viene genial. Sufro bastante de la rodilla derecha y es un extra junto con las rodilleras convencionales. Además para entrenos donde predomina el cardio son perfectas y muy cómodas. Si necesito agarre extra, uso las otras rodilleras y si necesito incluso un extra más, combino ambas.
