Cute but they sent me the wrong size

Wanted to return at first I ordered a uk 12 and was sent a 16 but saw the £15 delivery charge and was shocked 😳 guess I’ll be keeping it, might wear it as a top and tuck the skirt part into jeans as it is still a cute dress
