Exaggerated Anatomical Heart Dangles Hypoallergenic Earrings for Sensitive Ears with Plastic Posts

The picture that is shown looks like it is 3D with a lot of detail. The description doesn't even mention that the hearts are flat and just 2D. They are okay just not excited to wear them like I was when I thought they were 3D
