American White Oak 6.4L Barrel

This is my 5th barrel, and you can thank Jesse from Still It as he promotes your product every chance he gets. But seriously, your barrels make great sense not applying too much surface area of oak to the spirit so it can age for a longer period of time without absorbing too much tannin from the wood. My oldest barrel was only bought near the end of 2025 so I'll have to let you know how things turn out in a year or two. Love the quality of the hardware (especially the spigot) and workmanship put into the product. I took advantage of the sale you informed me of at the end of the year before prices went up and boy am I glad I did!! A 30% increase in one year is quite a jump! Do me a favor and let me know again before prices go up so I can buy a couple of barrels. I would like to see a specialty barrel with oak from Spanish sherry casks like are used to finish single malt scotches. That would put you on a new level!!
