Loved getting my box and surprised by my book, I can't wait to dive into it. Quick on shipping too wasn't expecting it to show up as quick as it did

Product was good. Communication was not good. Shipping was an absolute joke, trash, unacceptable. I do not care how long things will take to get from you to my door, you HAVE to honestly communicate that. Do not tell me 2 weeks to my door and then a month later I still haven’t received. I ask what the heck and then receive no response but LUCKILY 2 or 3 days later it shipped. Just try communicating honest result so people have realistic expectations.

While the product took longer than expected and the tracking was never updated until it delivered that was at no fault of the store. She was in constant contact with me and ensured that my product was shipped and even offered to send a second one before my package showed up. The product was exactly what I had envisioned and came out perfectly.
