Terrible quality, tearing after 2 wears

The quality of the suits purchased this spring is terrible. I have two suits purchased for competition that, after being worn 2 times, are tearing at the straps. As anyone in competitive swim knows, this is unacceptable, especially at this price point. Sporti and Iswim hold up much better for half the price. It's a shame to see Jolyn compromise on quality. The customer service is non existent, emails go unanswered and there is no phone # to call. It seems that all they want is your $ and the so called 6 month warranty is a lie.

Sizing was not the same as my last purchase and the return policy is the worst. I paid $7 for shipping to me, they do not do exchanges and would like to charge $12 shipping for the return.

Love this suit! This is my second time buying and I sized down. My last one fit but the straps and sides stretched out but not to much wheee I couldn’t wear it anymore. The color is amazing!!
