I can't drink caffeine and start work at 6am as a practitioner. This helps me have even energy.

Did not know it was working until I stopped

That is right. I took it for a month and noticed more energy, but not that much, so I stopped. That was when I realized it had been working. I could tell the difference so now I take it every day!
