I absolutely love the personal service I received from my product representative Dylan, As a new member of the Red artist family, I couldn’t believe that they custom made the drum sticks to my desired dimensions, designed and placed my personal logo and signature on every stick, i have blacked out American flag and signature applied to each stick Dylan designed with me this and the layout placement. They manufactured and shipped the initial prototype order very quickly and at a huge savings over retail, great company to work with can’t wait review the other products starting with the cymbals and maybe i can get a signature crash, hahaha!
