reCAP® Mason Jar Lids Starter Set

I got the starter kit, pump didn't unlock

I got the starter kit with a variety of lids and I'm getting them onto jars. I think they'll be wonderful for reducing my plastic use and creating a simplified esthetic. My only two problems: no explanation of use (while obvious for most, I wasn't sure about one until I looked on their website), and the soap dispenser pump comes in the locked down position but my husband and I can't get it to pop up. That was one I was especially looking forward to using and was considering buying several after seeing what I thought of the starter kit.

They are just what I needed. Thank you.
