Bad Customer Service!

I received my bracelet and the clasp is so tiny and tight that I am unable to fasten it myself. On the website, it says to email to return. So I emailed and they told me to fill out a long form! I filled it out... and never heard anything back. I would not recommend ordering unless you're 100% sure that you want the item.

I love it!! Im small and usually necklaces hang low but this is perfect! Kinda hard to clasp with tiny links maybe they could be slightly bigger? But It's a perfect fit on me
