Dress was okay

I saw a lot about this dress online and it looked really cute. Unfortunately it was not up to standard when it arrived. The shipping was great! It has the potential to be cute but it is entirely too long, ill fitting in spots, like the back, and transparent. It's a shame because I wanted to wear it for my grad
