Seams fell apart

The seams fell apart after one wear. When I emailed, they refused to refund me and offered a replacement, but I had to pay $25 dollars for shipping. The challenged this and they came back saying they’d refund me the shipping, after I reorder. So I reordered and a few days later they tell me the item is no longer in stock and to wait until it is in stock again. It had been weeks of emailing back and forth and I asked again for a refund and they acted like nothing had happened. Weird customer service, feels like a fake company. I know it’s just getting started but to me that’s when you show people respect and gain customer base.
