Showed up fitted for a guy with a a height issue but with a little bit of time you can adjust it to your size. Also storage is wonderful. Can fit your bmw in this thing with the right angle.

Loaded it up with about 35 pounds in random stuff and water, did a couple mile hike, worked like a charm, the molle webbing on the breast portion of the yoke is peefect for fitting a morra knife. Ill be taking it camping soon
