Love it!

The product is good, but it took three months to get. I bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law, if I would have known that it takes this long, I would have ordered it earlier. I had to email them two separate times asking where my item was. I was told that they were behind with orders due to volume, which is fine, but I believe they should have been more forthcoming with that information, instead of me constantly having to email them and ask where my product was. They should have emailed clients and let them know that orders were taking longer. Or that should’ve been on the website when purchasing.

Daughter in law loved the bag!
