Denver Checked Wool Motorcycle Jacket (Abrasion Resistant)

Every thing went excellent. Customer service cleared our doubts. The shipment went very quickly. The item fits perfect.

I would like to preface this critique with the facts that it is a wonderful looking item and the Merla staff are extremely helpful and kind. The only problem with this particular jacket is that it needs more reinforcement where the button fasteners are as the cotton/wool fabric is far weaker than the heavy duty fasteners. This is a strange case where they used amazing heavy duty fasteners but the jacket structure and material just don't match up. This is my second Denver jacket and, unfortunately, the buttons didn't survive the fall season and ripped out from this jacket too. It's a great looking jacket, but just keep in mind you will need to baby it, which is definitely not something I expect in motorcycle gear. Another good option is to never button it close which looks great but you'd probably have to reserve this jacket as a summer only/slow speed cruising jacket only. Those are just a few things to keep in mind before purchasing!
