Love the moisturizer, hate the pump bottle

The pump bottle stops pumping as soon as the short hose doesn't reach any more lotion at the bottom, meanwhile, lthere's ots of lotion on the sides. I have to use Q-tips and shaking it to get it out. Would have much preferred a small wide-mouth jar. Otherwise, lotion is GREAT, smells wonderful and is light yet very smoothing. Won't buy again until packaging is changed.
