Purchased 17 days ago and paid $379.00. Disappointed I had to assemble it myself, for that sort of price I expected. It to be ready to use. Unfortunately, the base holding the coffee ground is loose fitting and three times now has failed and fallen off spilling the grinds and making a mess on the bench and floor. Consistent grind size. Fantastic customer assistance. Now looking for a small electric grinder.
