Incorrect Part / Poor Customer Service
I ordered a part from the microfiche using the model number, and I received the incorrect part. I contacted customer service and never heard back!

3 months for delivery
Nearly 3 months for my part to arrive when you website said in stock !!!

Log splitter connector
The customer service is absolutely terrible. You don’t get a notification until it’s out for delivery but seems like it’s the right part and came quicker than a month so as long long as you don’t need it yesterday it’s a great deal! And just don’t expect anyone to reach out.
