Lazrus Golf LAZ2 Irons Sets

Somewhere between Idaho and fort mcmurray a golf club went missing, or it was never put in the box. The box was opened, probably to do with customs. Clubs were wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap heads secured with a single rubber band. There was a extra rubber band in the box which makes me think that it was removed from the 9 iron thats missing or the iron was never put in the box. I could swear i ordered the oversized grips but that's not written on the order form that was sent. I've been regripping my clubs myself for years now and it's hard for me to think that i would miss that one important step when ordering new clubs. We're all human and make mistakes but if the 9 iron was in the box then customs have a problem with it's staff.
