The first unit didn’t work properly. They tried to troubleshoot it but didn’t understand I’m disabled and can’t sit in the car all day and play with it. They fired the new one out asap. The new one seems to work fine. It takes some fiddling about to get the connection but one you do it’s fine.

It was defective. They replaced it quickly. But I still had to redo the install.

I give it 3 stars and i am being generous the bluetooth does not disconnect from my phone when the car turns off it stays connected and it messes up my speaker output. But it does work and its a nice integrated option.
