The Horn and Light Buttons

We would say that overall it's a good scooter for the price. Something to mention though, is the red Horn and Light buttons popping off, this happened once for the Light button and twice for the Horn while driving over some bumpy roads (not real rough) and I was unable to find the Horn button the 2nd time. I'm hoping the company will send another. We would gladly increase the rate to 5 stars if that happens. Hope this review provides someone else confidence to purchase the scooter.

Not able to use it

Everything about the scooter is just fine but the patient, a 90 year old male, is unable to use it because the way our house is set up. Thef or wheelbase is narrow enough to go through our doors but is too long for him to turn around or back out. Can't get it in one of our bathrooms and can't get out of the other.
