2 Pack Cookies Wrapper Template and Mockup -PHOTOSHOP

The product is great but my experience with customer service took away from my overall experience. I am new at using this type of product and needed a little guidance. I ended up getting a friend to help me figure it out. I ordered a photoshop item but did not really understand what that meant, was just excited about the product. My mistake but reaching out to your team left a bad taste in my mouth. And I was kind of hurt to be a excited customer and not feel like the company cared about that. Regards.
