Wireless Kit - Better than a ProCon
I've been using my converted controller for about a month in local SSBU tourneys and have had a much more consistent playstyle. Interference was always a big issue for me in bigger venues, and the wired connection helps a lot. But why a ProGCC over a ProCon if I can just use a wired ProCon? Well it's because the app is super nice, able to customize snapback, polling rates/reaction depth, LED assignments, calibrate sticks/dead zones, everything I could ever want customize wise. Setup was not bad, I did salvage the adhesives from my original controller for the rumble motors (which are optional which is neat). The setup instructions and videos available were abundant and thorough. I leave 4-stars for a single-reason, my wireless never got to working. I tried leaving a comment explaining my approaches to get it to work through the really friendly and supportive Discord community but to no avail. I'm happy with the functionality I still have, just sad that I spent the extra money for wireless for it to never get to working. Deep inside, I'm hoping the app releasees a wireless update that magically fixes it.

A great controller with an irritating flaw.
It’s been a few months, so I thought I'd write a review. I play a lot of Splatoon 3, so getting a controller with better gyro and TMR joysticks was something I was interested in. I'm happy to say the controller feels really great to use. The gyro is buttery smooth, and the sticks feel a bit more responsive compared to potentiometers. And the lighting in it is a nice touch, too. But unfortunately, two issues with it make me remove a star. The first is that I had to use an Android phone to update the wireless firmware because there's apparently an issue with AMD CPUs not cooperating with the updater. I have an AMD CPU and had to use someone else's Android phone. The second, and most irritating, is that the wireless functionality doesn't work properly. When I first started using it, after a while, I was noticing heavy input lag with both the gyro and the buttons. I was using it wirelessly, so I decided to use it wired. Ever since then, I've had no issues. A friend of mine ordered the same thing a month after me and had the same issue. So this doesn't seem like I just got unlucky. My friend contacted support, and they blamed it on wireless interference. It's a great controller, and thankfully, I'm able to easily use it wired. So the wireless issues aren't a deal breaker. But if you can't easily use it wired, I can't recommend the wireless version.
