The shipment arrived earlier than expected. It was packaged well and the macrons were delicious. I shared the site with a couple of people that were at my daughter in kaws shower because they thought the same.

Need to Improve Packaging

They are as good as when I first bought them in your Soho location last year. Unfortunately, having them delivered by mail did not provide the same experience. Most of the macarons were damaged, with about a third of them severely. I would recommend changing the inside packaging from hard plastic to something softer. Nevertheless, they were as good as I remembered them.

Delivered hot

The macarons seem to be ok but were delivered HOT. The tiny cool pack in the box was HOT, not warm, HOT. It was hot the past two days, but surely they could have been sent with more cool packs. They are supposed to be for Mother’s Day so I don’t want to open yet.
