It came broken I emailed them right away with no response. I neither like it replaced someone to reach out where my money back. It was my daughter’s birthday present.I have now sent a 3 rd email !! You will take are money but will not respect to emails!! I will never shop from you again!

The product was beautiful but broke in less than a month. Emailed customer support but no response from them. Update: I have been contacted by customer support and they are sending me a replacement bracelet.
