Works like a charm and makes every shimmer and multichrome shadow POP

This stuff is spectacular.

Works very well as a tacky base for shimmers and sparkles. But it is not vegan. There is carmine in it. Guess I should’ve paid more attention to the ingredients list but it’s OK. It works and I will use it up.
