River Chic Designs bas the worst customer service. I purchased two of the shower curtain rings by accident and have contacted them four times and rhey still haven’t got back to me. They even chsrge you for free returns in the orders. I will be reporting them to the BBB. It’s unfortunate because I’ve purchased so much merchandise from this company.
