Good jacket

Customer service is fantastic. Very responsive team and very helpful. The jacket is good decent quality for a cosplay jacket. It is some sort of corrected leather and the red portions are not due, but coated/painted red leather. I'd say it's about 85% show accurate. There's metal fasteners that are the wrong shape but that's not a big deal, I'd rather have metal than 3d printed plastics fastener or something. The fit is okay for me. I bought an XL, and the shoulders fit but the middle is very loose on me. They do offer custom sizing so that is an option, but I didn't go with it this time. Overall satisfied with the jacket and may take I. The waist on my own.
